extremly bad hotel by location,room condition & serviice.I hav given you a very solid suggestion.During last one months' I have booked 8 hotels through you. Some were very good but some are in miserable condition.This is my observation rather suggestion that you must depute a representative who should visit the hotels enlisted with you & asses their position,so as the guests touting through may not be cheated,in view of very poor quality of hotels in caparison with room rent rate. .

It was clean and provided a good inexpensive room as a base for exploring Kandy. the staff were friendly & helpful.

The price was very reasonable, and that was our main motivation. Also, the free breakfast offered was also pretty good. The owner, Mr. Joseph (?) was quite friendly.

It is a very bare bones arrangement. The hot water was a bit inconsistent. It is pretty high up from the main road, and a bit far off from Kandy main city, although one can walk down to the lake. The staff was pretty difficult to get a hold of before we went there (apparently no one picks up the phone), and there was barely anyone at reception. The place to eat breakfast was at the top of the building, so it was quite a climb up.

The location is in a quite part of Kandy with amazing views from the rooftop restaurant, thus it is very relaxing and a good escape from the immediate madness of the Sri Lankan city; however, it is only 20min walking distance from the Temple of the Tooth, and 30min walking from city enter (much faster by tuk tuk of course). The food is cooked to order, from fresh ingredients and tastes amazing. I have stayed at the hotel on a couple occasions and each time the room has been very clean and comfortable.

Sometime the service can be a little bit slow, and some of the service staff do not speak any english, but someone from the family that operates the hotel is always on hand, and the all speak fluent english.

Fake location - very high, dark & dangerous Dirty Tricky everyone Everybody concern about money only!

The owner and staff are very hospitable and very friendly.
